1. What Ragegasm is
Ragegasm is an anonymous rant platform where users post complaints ("Rages"), vote on them, comment on them, and react to them. Pseudonyms are displayed publicly; your account email and account identifier are never shown to other users.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may not impersonate any real person or organisation. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the platform.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Ragegasm a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute your content within the service. You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Rules. In particular: no threats of violence, no doxxing, no sharing private information of others, no illegal content, no impersonation, no spam, and no revenge accusations against private individuals. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination at our discretion.
5. Moderation
We rely on community reports and human moderators. Reported content may be hidden, removed, or restored based on moderator judgement. Moderation decisions are final.
6. Anonymity
Posts you mark as anonymous display a randomly generated pseudonym to other users. We internally associate posts with your account so we can enforce these terms and investigate abuse. We will not voluntarily disclose your identity to other users, except where required by law, court order, or to address credible threats to safety.
7. Disclaimers
Ragegasm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. User-generated content does not represent the views of Ragegasm. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of anything any user posts.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragegasm and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms or our Community Rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
